On Sunday !3th November our group began filming for our two minute film opening. To make sure everything when to plan as much as possible we decided to film on the Sunday rather than the Saturday due to bad weather conditions. We made this decision based on the fact that the camera we have doesn't film good footage in the dark and even worse when it is raining, however, on the plus side the weather forecast for Sunday was much better (I have included a screenshot below) and so Sunday was our first film day.
After some difficulty finding the right part of the estate we wanted to film on we finally managed to find the almost perfect spot. Overall we managed to film:
- our first establishing shot
- George's walk out of his flats and towards the car
As we didn't have any means of access to the car we wanted to film in we weren't able to film any of the car scenes. However, we still managed to film a substantial amount of footage so that we can start editing it.
